What it does
This bill broadens the definition of “dependent” when it comes to scholarships and prioritization for the Arkansas Challenge Scholarship. Dependents would be defined to include spouses, biological children, adopted children, and stepchildren of disabled veterans, prisoners or war, veterans missing or killed in action.
