What it does

This bill would update the requirements for coverage for prostate cancer screenings. It would:

  • Require insurers to follow the 2023 National Comprehensive Cancer Network guidelines; and
  • Allow the state’s Insurance Commissioner to adopt future updated guidelines by rule
