What it does
This bill makes is a ‘violation’ for a state employee or contractor to download or use Tik Tok on a state-owned or state-leased device. It states that upon “conviction,” the offending party would be “guilty of a violation,” but doesn’t specify who would determine conviction or punishment for a violation.
