Original Title
Permanent Daylight Savings Time
Summary
What it does
This bill would make Daylight Saving Time permanent in Arkansas if the U.S. government amends federal law to allow states to set their own time preference AND if all the states bordering Arkansas intend to adopt Daylight Saving Time permanently. This is not a new effort, and it is awaiting action in the federal government's Sunshine Protection Act.
