Republicans Colby Fulfer and Steve Unger will vie to determine who will face Democrat Lisa Parks in the Feb. 8 general election. This is a special election to fill the seat formerly held by Lance Eads, who resigned in the fall.
Independent candidates may begin circulating their petitions to collect signatures for access to the Nov. 8 general election ballot no earlier than Jan. 31. The petitions must be submitted by noon on May 1.

Arkansans can early vote between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. Early voting ends at 5 p.m. on the Monday before the election.
