To allow online training for county coroners; To provide for additional training courses for county coroners; And to provide that a person with a felony conviction is not eligible to be a deputy coroner.

What it does

This bill is pretty well laid out in its title. It allows coroners to take death investigation training online. It also stipulates than anyone who has been convicted of or pled guilty to a felony is not eligible to serve as a deputy coroner, even if that conviction has been sealed, expunged, or pardoned.
