BLR Staff: Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Item B1 is a monthly report. There is no action required by this committee. This is regarding the activity and condition of the Uniform Employees Health Insurance Plan for the State Police. Mr. Chairman?

Sen Davis: Thank you, Mr. Chair. The Personnel Subcommittee met on Thursday, January 19th, and reviewed the three items on the report. Items two and three received approval by the committee as required by Arkansas code. All items on the report were requested to have their actions retroactively effective to January 11, 2023, and I will take any questions and move to adopt the report at the proper time.
